From promising demo to governed production in one quarter.
A global consumer-goods leader had an agent demo everyone loved and no path to production. Same stack, same teams, one quarter later: a governed system carrying real volume.

The situation
The team had built an impressive agent demo on their martech stack. Leadership loved it; security and brand had questions nobody could answer: who approved this output, what data did it see, and what happens when it is wrong?
Six months of pilot purgatory followed. The demo aged; the questions did not.
What we did
We kept their stack and their teams and rebuilt the path to production around three things the demo lacked: permission-aware retrieval, brand guardrails enforced at generation time, and an approval workflow with full audit trails.
- Permission-aware retrieval over brand and product sources
- Guardrails that block off-brand output before review
- Approval workflow with complete audit trails
- Evaluation suite scoring output quality on live traffic
The outcome
The system now drafts campaign assets across 40+ markets. Producers review instead of produce; brand reviews by exception. Output that once took a week ships in days, and every asset traces back to the sources and approvals behind it.
